- Receives documents from the structural units that have ended with correspondence;

- Organizes and participates in the compilation and development of the nomenclature of cases;
- Examines applications received from private and legal entities;
- Ensures the use of documents kept in the archive - in the preparation of archival notices, extracts, and copies;
- Ensures the preparation of archival documents for transfer to the relevant archival institution in accordance with the law and within the time frame;
- Ensures the destruction of the documents completed with the correspondence in the manner and within the time limits established by the legislation;
- Conducts registration, issuing, and reporting of strict accounting documents (diplomas, professional diplomas, certificates) handed over to the archive.
