• By providing a student-oriented learning and teaching environment, to create a comprehensive knowledge of public administration, in the field of administration by interdisciplinary interaction of law, economics, management and socio-political directions.
• To equip a public administration graduate with broad theoretical, interdisciplinary, systematic and in-depth knowledge necessary for state administration (theory of public administration, state system and management principles, the main tendencies in the economy, the basics of the functioning of the public service, local self-government bodies, the planning and implementation of the state budget, basic concepts of socio-political sciences, basic knowledge of global and regional processes), on the basis of which he/she will critically understand the theories and principles of public administration.
• Based on the acquired knowledge, to make a decision on the issues of public administration and to reasonably solve the complex and unconsidered problems in the public sector.
• To search, collect information based on the acquired knowledge, explain and analyze with relevant arguments and make conclusions that will be shared with specialists and wide circles of society.
• To train specialists focused on lifelong professional development with the ability to act in accordance with the principles of ethics in public service.

A Graduate of the Public Administration Bachelor’s educational program can be employed in the public or private sector in the direction of organizational management and policy development; Also in the non-governmental sector and international organizations.
