From September 21 till September 29, 2018, autumn school " Democracy and Human Rights" is held at Shota Meskhia State Teaching University of Zugdidi.  The autumn school is led by professors of the leading Georgian and European Universities. They are Jurg Hardy (Oxford University), Mamuka Beriashvili (Ilia State University), Giorgi Vashakidze (Ilia State University), Eka Baghishvili (Georgian Technical University), Mindia Okujava (Georgian Technical University).

Bachelor and Master students of Shota Meskhia State Teaching University, Ilia State University, Georgian Technical University, Akaki Tsereteli State University are participating in the Autumn School.

The aim of the Autumn School is to develop extracurricular activities in the field of law and related fields ( policy science, international relations / law) and their rapprochement with Western learning and research practices.
