The students of Shota Meskhia State University of Zugdidi received training on the services and enforcement procedures of the National Bureau of Enforcement. Future lawyers received information about the activities of the National Bureau of Enforcement. Within the framework of the seminars, they got acquainted with the enforcement system of Georgia; legal grounds for initiation of enforcement; stages of execution; electronic auction; Discussions were held and real cases were discussed.

 

Students heard information about the procedure for execution of eviction category cases and the involvement of mediation in the execution process; In order to protect the interests of the parties and maintain the balance, about the involvement of social workers, their activities and the achieved results.

 

The goal of the project is to raise awareness among students about the National Bureau of Enforcement and the enforcement system; Introduction of interest and initiative in the study of enforcement activities.

 

The executive of the Enforcement Bureau of Samegrelo and Zemo Svaneti, Nino Kantaria, led the trainings on enforcement topics.
