University representatives participated in the first workshop of the "Erasmus+" institutional development project

On March 19-21, 2024 representatives of Shota Meskhia State Teaching University of Zugdidi attended the Kick-Off Meeting within Erasmus+ CBHE Project RE-DIRECTION “Redefining higher education in a digital context, while promoting a common, inclusive, and sustainable framework based on EU best practices and policy recommendations“, hosted by Georgian International University.

The organizations from Georgia, Ukraine, Germany and Greece, which are the project consortium members, were attending the aforementioned meeting. The meeting participants reviewed the work packages of the project and planned the future activities. The participants of the Kick Off Meeting visited the Ministry of Education, Science and Youth of Georgia and Caucasus University.

The project RE-DIRECTION is planned to be executed in a period of 3 years. It is oriented on creating methodological framework and policy recommendations on digital transformation, implementing innovative steps in the field of green competencies and methods and improving the existing approaches to inclusivity of migrants and IDPs.
