Pedagogical Innovation and Course Design in Digital Education
The training series within the framework of the Erasmus+ project PRODIGE – “PROmoting high-quality DIGital Education in Georgia” continues.
From October 6 to 24, 2025, representatives of Shota Meskhia Zugdidi State University participated in synchronous and asynchronous training sessions, sharing the experience of Belgian experts on the topic “Pedagogical Innovation and Course Design in Digital Education.”
During the training, participants explored the fundamental principles of digital education, worked on the analysis of innovative practices and case studies, and created a short e-learning module using modern teaching platforms and digital tools.
The PRODIGE project is a three-year structural reform initiative aimed at facilitating the implementation of high-quality digital education (DE) in Georgia.
The project is supported by the Estonian Quality and International Accreditation Agency and a network of universities. It involves the Ministry of Education, Science, and Youth of Georgia, the National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement, ten Georgian higher education institutions, and partner educational institutions from Belgium, Estonia, Spain, and Croatia. The project is coordinated by EFMD.
