  • Manages the inventory system of the Teaching University (cards of fixed assets) and directs the activities of the service;
  • Together with the specialists of the relevant service, records, manages and controls material and technical resources in a special accounting program;
  • Prepares and submits documents to the Head of Administration on the depreciated and unusable property listed on the balance sheet of the Teaching University according to the established procedure;
  • Is responsible for the legal management and maintenance of the Teaching University's material and technical resources, including motor vehicles;
  • Prepares and submits documents to the financial service in accordance with the established procedure when moving the material and technical resources of the Teaching University;
  • Within the scope of his competence, together with the specialist/s of the service, establishes a list of the necessary inventory of economic, stationery, educational materials, inventory, and equipment and petitions the Head of Administration for their purchase;
  • Supervises and is responsible for the proper functioning of the system of internal engineering networks (water supply, sewage, heating, electricity supply, gas supply, internet) together with the service specialist/s, accordingly, with the service specialist/s, establishes the list of current repair works to be carried out and their volumes and submits to the Head of Administration. Supervises the progress of the works to be performed;
  • With the specialists of the service, he establishes the list of repair works to be carried out in the buildings of the Teaching University, in the external territory, those being on the balance sheet of the Teaching University, and submits it to the Head of Administration for further response;
  • Supervises and is responsible with the doctor for the sanitary-hygienic condition within the territory and buildings belonging to the Teaching University;
  • Is responsible for the technical condition of the vehicles on the balance sheet of the Teaching University;
  • Within the scope of competence, signs Receipt-Delivery acts (for receiving and issuing agricultural, stationery, educational materials, and equipment, with the approval of relevant services);
  • The Head of the service is accountable to the Rector and the Head of Administration;
  • Is responsible for the proper and legal management of the service;
  • Within the scope of granting appropriate authority, acts on behalf of the Teaching University in dealings with third parties, and exercises other powers based on the competence of the service.
