Informational Technologies Office

Zugdidi Shota Meskhia State Teaching University Informational Technologies Office is one of the structural units of the University.

The competence of the Informational Technologies Office is as follows:

a)      monitor and maintain computer systems and networks at University, form IT politics and strategies;

b)      write and edit reports, publications and website content;

c)      provide security and working of the University servers (e-mail, web, statistics), maintain communications;

d)      provide management of date-base of the structural units of the University;

e)      monitor and maintain computer systems and networks at structural units of the University;

f)       troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults, replacing parts as required;

g)      testing and evaluating technology of the University;

h)     testing and evaluating scientific data-bases, keep the base system up-to-date;

i)       respond to the enquirers mentioned in the University administrative acts.
