On February 13, 2017 an informative meeting was held within the project “promoting the the learning of handicraft and entrepreneurship again” at Shota Meskhia State Teaching University of Zugdidi, meeting was held between charity humanitarian organization “Abkhazia” and teaching university students. The students were introduced to goals of the project:

On January 16, 2018one of the informative meeting was held at Shota Meskhia State Teaching University of Zugdidiwithin the project “Young Leaders to Protect the environment” ,its initiator and facilitator was one of the member of the project-Romeo Malazonia. Students got informationand knowledge about ecology topics and protection of environment.

On December 26, 2017 New Year carnival was held at Shota Meskhia State Teaching University of Zugdidi organized by self governing students of university.They presented many entertaining and interesting programs and repertoires at the event:participants were with masks, performers sang different songs,theydanced,told jokes, the carnival also included a ceremonial cake,all thes

On December22,2017 University Rector met students,universitystaff and active representatives of regional companies and she introduced them University Strategic Development Plan.
