On November 27, 2017 the Institute for War and Peace Reporting(IWPR) under the partnership of European Monitoring Mission (EUMM) conducted the public lecture on topics manipulations of online media and digital safety at Shota Meskhia State Teaching University of  Zugdidi.

On November 24, 2017 International Scientific Conference was held at Shota Meskhia State Teaching University of Zugdidi, according to its direction the conference was divided into three sections, 22 reports were read there and all these reports will be published among the university works.

On November 20, 2017 the public lecture was conducted on topic “How to plan our future”, the lecture was given by Varlam Ebanoidze-the head of audit committee  at Liberty Bank and Master of London Business School.

On November 17, 2017 students and professors of Shota Meskhia State teaching University participated in public discussion held at parliament about “ the changes in Georgian Constitution.”

On November 16, 2017 Winter school 2017 was held at Shota Meskhia State Teaching University of Zugdidi  under the project of Law Direction Development ,German professor Volter Iashke met  students during the winter school project 2017.

On November 13,2017 Communication campaign”See Everything” visited Shota Meskhia State Teaching University of Zugdidi,the campaign is against the negative attitude to disabled children. The organization met university students.

On November 2, 2017 German professor Teo Kubushi met university students under the projecect of Law Direction Development, she gave the lecture on topic “Theory of Culture”

On October 27-28, 2017  Fereydanian Georgian Artist Helen Ioselian’s  illustrations of The Night in The  Panther’s skin were exhibited at shota Meskhia state Teaching University of Zugdidi.

On December 15,2017 German International Organization Arbaiter Samariter-Bund (ASB) held the simulation show Within the campaign“we are ready” they showed how to evacuate while occurring  earthquake,university students and all staff participated at this event.
