The goal of the vocational education program is to prepare qualified personnel who can care for, educate, and support the development of children in early and preschool age. To achieve this, the educator must provide a safe and developmentally supportive learning environment and be able to communicate effectively with the child’s family, the staff of early and preschool education institutions, field professionals, and also take responsibility for their own professional development.

Upon completion of the program, the holder of the qualification may be employed as an educator or work independently as a self-employed educator.
