The goal of the vocational education program is to ensure the preparation of competitive personnel for the healthcare sector. Specifically, it aims to train vocational specialists who will be able to participate in the receipt, placement, and documentation of pharmaceutical and parapharmaceutical products; assist in the selection and dispensing of parapharmaceutical products; conduct periodic inventory control; repackage finished medicinal products into smaller units; prepare medicines according to prescriptions; and dispense over-the-counter pharmaceutical products.

A holder of a qualification in Pharmacy may be employed as a pharmacist or pharmacist’s assistant in pharmacies (authorized pharmacies, specialized and retail outlets), wholesale distribution facilities, as well as in medical and pharmaceutical equipment stores.
