The goal of the program is to help meet the growing demand in the country’s labor market by preparing specialists and caregivers who are competitive in the local market and possess the theoretical knowledge and practical skills required for the care system. These caregivers will be able to provide proper and adequate basic care services at home as well as in various types of institutions (such as nursing homes for the elderly, day centers, community services, family-type residences, and others), taking into account the individual needs of beneficiaries and personal safety protocols.

The program aims to develop practical caregiving skills in individuals without medical education and provide them with employment opportunities. It also seeks to retrain qualified nurses responsible for home care who are competitive in the local labor market and possess the theoretical knowledge and practical skills required for the care system. These nurses will be able to deliver adequate medical and psycho-social services at home and in various institutions (nursing homes for the elderly, shelters, community organizations, and residential facilities). Through this, the program improves the health and living conditions of beneficiaries and enhances client trust in certified specialists.
