The goal of the vocational education program is to prepare a qualified specialist in computer networks and systems who possesses skills in computer hardware and software support, organization and configuration of small-scale networks, and administration of basic server services. The graduate has knowledge of the fundamental facts, principles, processes, and general concepts characteristic of the field and understands the necessary steps required to accomplish complex tasks.

A holder of a secondary vocational qualification in computer networks and systems may be employed in any state or municipal organization and/or private company where information technologies are used. They can work as a computer systems and network technician in small and medium-sized office networks. Their responsibilities include the configuration and administration of computer systems’ hardware and software, as well as network services.
