The goal of the program is to retrain qualified personnel with specific knowledge and skills, in line with labor market demands, who will be able to identify harmful organisms in ornamental plants, including describing major plant diseases, pests, and weeds, visually identifying them, selecting appropriate plant protection methods and products, and applying plant protection agents.
